Specification

The houses have been carefully designed to reflect the character of the village and complement their surroundings while providing contemporary interiors finished to a high specification. Each home benefits from it’s own garden and private
covered parking.

Kitchens

Each kitchen has been individually designed with white gloss base and wall units with either granite or granite effect laminate worktops.

Integrated appliances from Fagor are included and each kitchen has a stainless steel oven, black glass finish ceramic hob, stainless steel cooker hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms include Armitage Shanks white basin, WC, bath and chrome ladder style heated towel rail.

Baths have Trevi chrome thermostatic showers with hinged glass shower screens.

Flooring

Kitchens and bathrooms have ceramic tiles while,
living rooms, bedrooms and hallways are carpeted.

External

All the houses are timber frame construction with traditional Chilterns flint panels and facing brickwork. All windows are double glazed with softwood cottage style frames and doors painted white. All rooflights are double glazed.
